Google Earth A-Go-Go: The U

For July we're having fun with Google Earth. As always, unedited.

The University of Minnesota, looking northeast at the East Bank from the river. Technically it’s a fun one because I can’t recall a stereocard where switching to 3D pushes the sky back from foreground (in my perception) to background. It’s like a second optical illusion, and it takes my brain a few seconds.

Reminds me of some Star Wars armada, or a Boston album.
