OK, last month got a little heavy with the history, so this month we'll go light with the landscape. On an XY chart of durable vs. artificial these would be down by the zeroes.

Ocean shells bind like this commonly, and surprisingly and durably. From my teen years in Florida I kept just one, my first. It hasn’t budged.
