Concluding this series on some weird views in Google Earth:

The red pin is in St. Paul, the Chipotle on Grand Ave. Of course I wanted to navigate to my house, but I took a right turn at Owatonna, wandering Waseca orthogonally, on one of those hikes. But at last I did slide home:

And then it happened; something made the window reset to vertical. Nothing gold can stay, like the leaves at full color right now, or the back of the wardrobe that won't go to Narnia.

Alas I once was lost but now am found. I have since realized that you can make Google Earth Pro go upside down, deliberately and without a 3D mouse, by the flight simulator. Pitch or roll, rotate for north-up or north-down, but any way the horizon is at the bottom. Wayward, weyward, weird.
