Professor puzzles: My favorite palindrome

August is puzzles; last week's answer is in the notes below.

This week's puzzle is oddly close to last week's, but easier. It's 63,360. Hint below, answer next week.

Robert Wellman Campbell, "Professor puzzles: My favorite palindrome," RSS Longa, 15 August 2024, robbcampbell.com. This week’s hint: I worked for the USGS National Mapping Division. Last week's puzzle: This was a bit hard. I sometimes say, "OK, but in the whole 360 by 180 degrees of the world around us, [these two things that you're insisting are totally different] are pretty close." Of the 64,800 square degrees around you, your eyes see only about four in detail. Square degrees are tiny portions, like seconds in a day (86,400).
